If interested in taking the public local bus, you can board a bus from Kampala to the southern section of Bwindi via Mbarara, Kabale and Kisoro town.

Or rather opt for the one from Kampala to the northern Bwindi via Mbarara, Ntungamo, Rukungiri, and Kihihi to Butogota.

There are two options of either flying from Entebbe or Kajjansi airfield to Kisoro.
